What we do.

We provide custom web sites for your program so your team members can choose and purchase the items directly without requiring your time and staff to manage it. We also provide fund raising or event sites where your group can choose their items within a particular time window so they order can be produced in bulk to save money and you don't have to take orders and collect money.

How we do it. 

We provide various options for decoration depending on the look you want, the budget and the products. The most common methods are: 

Embroidery. We can embroider many different items ranging from polo shirts and woven shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies, jackets, bags and totes and almost anything else. Embroidered items have an upscale or professional look and are great for personalized gifts. We have embroidered golf club bags, leather jackets, visor covers for pilot's helmets and flags for our troops overseas. 

Tackle Twill. Tackle Twill is an embroidered Appliqué where twill or fabric is cut to a design and attached to a garment with embroidery. This is often used for hoodies or sweatshirts and has an collegiate or sporting look. It can be used for school spirit items, sport teams, greek letters for sororities and fraternities, or for patch like applications. We also offer designs that combine tackle twill and embroidered methods. 

Printed screens. Screen printing is most often used for Tee Shirts and sometimes sweatshirts. Screen printing creates a design where the ink is transferred directly into the garment and then set with heat. It is often a lower cost decoration method, depending on quantity produced. We can provide lower cost single color designs as well as full color designs all durable with a very nice hand. We have taken student drawings using various media and have produced color screens. 

Cut Material Appliqué. This method involves creating custom designs from various heat and pressure applied materials, and then applying them directly to a garment. This is often used for team uniforms using a heavier vinyl but may also use a lighter, softer material for other designs. For example, we can create designs using a glitter material for a different effect.
