Screen printing is a lower cost decoration method most often used for Tee Shirts and sweatshirts, as well as other items like caps. Screen printing creates a design that is used to create a screen, which is then used to control ink that is then transferred directly into the garment and then set with heat. Screen printing requires the proper kind of ink for a fabric and is very dependent on the proper application and heat for appearance and durability. The screens we use are a high quality and have a very nice hand.

We start with your artwork and ensure it is high enough resolution for the specific design and application. We may assist in the creation of the artwork - for example, we have taken student hand drawings and converted them to printable artwork, of student signed names and converted to a keepsake graduation screen. 

The least cost designs are those with only one color. We may help convert a multi-color design to one color screen while maintaining the look. 

Te cost of screen printing is also dependent on the quantity. Since there is a process to create a screen, the cost is lower, the more times that screen may be used.

We also create full color screens which are durable and have a good feel. Color screens are more expensive but their appearance is high quality.
